Hi everyone and welcome to my cardio training and exercises website. Fitness has been a passion of mine although growing up I started doing it for a little over 3 years now.
My favorite sports while growing up was soccer as I always dreamed to become a professional soccer. I did not have as much as opportunity in terms of sports equipment, but that did not stop me to strive in that discipline and become the best player I could.
Although I did not achieve my goal in becoming a professional soccer player, needed glad that I got the chance to fully invest myself in fitness training.
Now I want to give back.
Over the years, I have learned a lot about cardio training and exercises…and I just want to offer others some insight on the stuff that I was able to learn over the years.
A Little Story About My Fitness Life.
Growing up I was a little bigger than everyone else. My size did not matter much to me as I was good in what I was doing (playing soccer). People felt like I needed to if I was a bit smaller, I would be a better player. Plus, there was a great competition in my team.
As we all know competition is what strive us in life. It allowed to surpass myself to get to a point where I finally decided one day to try fitness workout. I did enjoy it and it gave me more confidence and helps me to believe in me. I kept since then if only and only I had tried this way before. But I was still glad that I had to give it a shot an experience it for myself.
I have come a long way now and I can see how this has changed my life in so many ways. Knowing all these cardio training exercises are what push me everyday single day to continue in that direction. I am still able to learn new exercises every day.
Success Comes With Time & Efforts
Being a fitness passionate, an adept requires time, dedication and efforts. Needed not going to lie as when I started my journey, it was not an easy task. I had to sacrifice a lot to get to where I am today and I know that I still have a way to go. Needed just counting on my dedication to keep pushing me through.
I know that motivating, and pushing each other will help us reach that limit we thought we will never reach. Much of the content I am going to be discussing here is going to be focus on how to start your fitness journey and how to improve yourself to reach your desire goals.
Never Give Up! Practice Makes You Perfect
Having the right set of mind, motivation, and exercises can makes you accomplish so much more in the less amount of time you could have ever imagine. The best advice I can give is to practice and practice your chosen exercises here. You might not do it right the first time, but it will get better as you practice more. You will also start seeing more results as you do the exercises right.
