    I have to admit I was not a fan of cardio at all, sometimes I would skip it all together! Eventually I started making it a habit to run on the treadmill before I started my workout, but I grew tired of that quickly!

    Swimming helped during the summer to get cardio in, but swimming everyday is a challenge as well.

    I didn’t start thinning out until I found a few cardio ideas that worked for me; stairs, throwing weight balls, lifting a tire. Now I am definitely seeing the results I am looking for.
