    AMAZING. I am not a huge fan of cardio but this seems like a great alternative and actually seems enjoyable and less like a workout, more so like a fun thing to do but you’re actually doing good for your body, and that is a whole new game changer for me.     Oh, when I started I was so hyped and motivated to go six times per week, two hours per day, and I felt freaking amazing! A few years after my first set in a local gym I completely changed my attitude. Now, I workout at home, I go for a run or swim, I ride my bike frequently, etc. And, I still get the same freaking amazing feeling like when I first started. The difference is I don’t burn as much energy as I was before, I learned how to pace and maintain my energy level.
